Tanya Stanich

Tanya Stanich is the Vice President and Associate General Counsel of IAC. In this capacity, her responsibilities include securities laws and related regulatory compliance, corporate governance and corporate finance matters, and assisting in the general administration of the legal department. Ms. Stanich previously served as Senior Counsel during which she played an integral role in IAC’s various spin-offs, financing and other transformative transactions. Prior to IAC, she worked for Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, a New York law firm, where her practice focused on general corporate law, securities laws, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Stanich received a Bachelor of Arts in political science with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a J.D. cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she was a member of the Law Review
